Can I come to your office before I pay?
Yes, absolutely! You can visit our office located at Sinza E – DSM or Kiluvya Madukani – Pwani. Welcome to discuss in person before paying for your package! This will definitely be the best decision for you as we will have time to consult and recommend the best package or service for your business/company.
What will be the next step after payment?
First, we will record your order in our customer database and provide you with a payment receipt for your protection. We will then start working on your order immediately or the next day if there is a high volume of work. We will work closely with you and send reports to ensure that everything is running smoothly without any problems.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! You can get your money back if we made a mistake on our part. Make sure you keep your payment receipt for any emergencies, otherwise we will not be able to help you.
